Granted there's a lot of movement on this stock but it's not all about the need to cover the short, it's the fact that is company is going to most likely do more than $50 million in sales this year.
That's what happens when traders trade on technical analysis alone.
See, if whomever shorted this thing by 5 million shares when it started to trade a few weeks back had done their DD they might have discovered that there was financing on the way.
When $10 million became available for the company to promote sales through their newly acquired solar company.............. well the shorts got burned and that's why they are now scrambling to cover 5 million short shares on a float of only 25 million.
