I just don't get this question. Had to look it up:

and still I don't get it.

Are you thinking that when a company uplists to a higher exchange the stocks will be cancelled and all the shareholders will lose their stake of ownership and all their money? Or if the shares will be converted into gunny sacks?

I would just say, have no fear. Uplist is all good and you won't feel a thing that doesn't sound like cha-ching.

No possible way. Shares only cancel in bankruptcies. The ticker symbol will change, but that happens automatically with the uplist. You'll wake up one morning and your qasp will be gone and different letters will be there, but the same shares.
