All I keep seeing is cprk as a steak and someone tossing the steak into the shark invested waters! It seems there are a lot of feeding frenzy ready people out there? One year after the Grand Opening and we are in BK? I still can't believe it. Thank God I still have my......Car! I did loose my shorts though.

GIVE ME "7" OR "11" AND I'LL TAKE THE "11" IN THIS CASE........

I think that NS will be parked right along side all the rest of the affected participants while we see how the CH.11 BK hand is dealt. No doubt that if NS had their way this would have been an unlucky "7" right now. Not implying that the "11" is a blessing, but it is certainly better than a "7".

The interesting thing that I look to seeing is how the pps reacts to the BK process as we move from conference calls to shareholders meeting, if there is in fact going to be one, and on in reaction to every little decision and word coming from the hearings and decisions rendered. Trading could be incredible under the "Q".

While it may be an absurd thought, is in fact an absurd thought, I'd really like to find a friend in John Bryan. That name has a ring to it and I hope that ring is for truth and justice and the existing shareholders, lenders, labor force and land owners. Ah, a time of insane visions. I remember all too well the days of corporate hostile takeovers. Kill them all and let time sort them out! Yah, right............
