erugger, after reading your report as to the tales of woe besetting the telecom community, I thought that even Cassandra would have had to shrug her shoulders and walk away, admitting defeat to this
greater harbinger of the evolving darkness. Taking it one step further, I mused that perhaps even NVEI will find it a challenge to find enough extant companies to market their wares. Let's hope that the bankers read our white papers and consult with their telecom consultants as to justify opening the here-to-fore restricted coffers to their besieged suppplicants. Perhaps an exaggerated reading of the situation, but no doubt that many players - who would have been our natural customers - have been
