You hit the key point (The Warrants are obvious signs of where this is headed and they start North of .20. For those that dont know what warrants are they are basically like Stock Options and the person that gets them doesnt make a dime unless the stock trades above the Warrant Price. So since the warrant price is .20 Im thinking Newby probably thinks he has shot of .50-1.00s.



Dean also stated that the lender has warrants that start North of .20 In phone conversations, Mr Newby said he had warrants at .25 and .50
I never claimed to be the smartest guy but if he is taking shares as collateral at a pps of .10 and has warrants at mugh higher prices


We are looking at History in the making and one of the biggest moves to ever happen on the Pinky market. The Amount of Funding that is set to hit is unprecedented and these prices will be dwarfed as this moves towards .30-.50 very soon.
