The main problem is that the sec requested info and ACLH failed to provide it, so the sec suspended the stock.

Any info they provide now is too late. The suspension is not going to be lifted.

If you think about it, it's not hard to understand.

If by chance ACLH is able to answer the SEC and we are back on pink trading on Tuesday, I expect a big run up. These charges are so bogus - anyone with an oil cleaner could be presenting to BP - they need everything they can find.
