I'm sure they would. I'm not a big fan of the whole "shorting" phenomena that does occur as it's almost always used as an excuse. But as I watched my friend's order hit level 2, they flat out shorted it. There was no 625,000 match sell order when his order was placed. He bought early in the day, and VERT and VNDM did their best to cap that order from breaking the .05 barrier.

It's fun to muse on the day to day nonsense of the market makers, and what they may or may not be doing. One thing is for sure, those of us longs here will be mightily rewarded for our patience. That cleverly, carefully worded PR is loaded with juicy info. The problem is, we don't know what to make of it yet. But taking the total of the communications from Eric via Facebook, emails and past PRs, we know he's an advocate for increasing shareholder value, has said as much, and we know he's got big things waiting for us. I'm really excited to see how they play this out.

Sure Seems Logical To Me

I am no expert, but one would think in any type of Merger, there will be a Share Audit and all Stock Shares will be accounted for.

I do know when a company Uplists to a higher exchange, a Stock Share Audit is done.
