Yep Lurker, that's the way I see it too. It's easy. Any time you want to acquire someone [who probably couldn't get money on their own] is say "come with us". We'll just fire up the press and print new shares like there's no tomorrow. There will come a time when they have run the gauntlet, be forced to R/S, reload and start all over again. That's when the final die-hards lingering will realize that with the egg on their face they have also become toast. AJMHO
Ugggg Dilution is never a fun thing to go through and never benefits the shareholders, usually only greedy mgmt. I hope that all you investors here are able to filter out the pump and lies that exist. I wish you the very best in all your investments. Sometimes you have to know when the throw in the towel, constant dilution is when I throw it in.
