wow you are either buying out of insanity or you know something. You are aware that if no appeal is filed then these shares are worthless. They go completely gone. I have seen some people buying these shares down at the .02 but a lot of selling has been going on today. Many dont think that the appeal is coming obviously. Nobody trully knows what is going to happen but ill tell you that whatever that message board said on yahoo about the lawyer saying that there wont be any appeal coming is not true. They dont know that. A lawyer wouldnt reveal his decision unless the case was over with. Although the market today is saying there wont be any appeal. I will hold for today cause it looks like it is pushing between .02 and .022 for now but if nothing is filed by then tmrw I am out.
