#320764 RE: Progressed #320763

"read website dicon.. they have 5 patented products"

You do realize that you can produce patented products without being the owner of the patent? For example from the closing document for the acquistion of Dicon:

...an acknowledgement and confirmation from H.H. Brown that the Intellectual Property License Agreement effective November 30, 2007 by and between H.H. Brown and the Company (the “H.H. Brown License Agreement”) remains in force and effect as of the Closing Date, and that as of the Closing Date, the Company is not in breach of any of its material obligations under the H. H. Brown License Agreement.

It is clear from this that Dicon does not own the patent used by SPNG but does license the use of it from H.H. Brown.

Progressed, if you do a patent search under Dicon Technologies or their old name, "Dicon Pacific," you will find that they are not the assignees for any inventions -- zero.

If you do a search under Celia, Wayne, you will find 9 patents. 5 have H.H. Brown as the assignee (which means they own the patent); The other 4 have no assignee, and if you look at the inventions, they are old and they really don't pertain to anything Dicon is manufacturing today.
