It's criminal fraud in my mind.

How could a person or Business release
a Share Buy-Back PR and then continue
to flood the Market with Shares?

In my mind, it would be fraud at the most
and an outright lie at the least.

So, I feel that it is not going on.

Remember, the PR stated that the
Good Morning Gay America Show was
fully funded ... right?

If this is being controlled as much as we think, and odds are good that developments are proceeding towards a significant milestone and PR - then I would think that Frank would be buying as much as he could at this stage. EOM
