tenenbaum- agree, there's a world of difference between the two situations.
I only posted that because it did remind me of CXTI in some ways...however I wouldn't even post that if the stock were trading now.
I don't have NEP shares now (sold after they failed to file on time), but if I did, I would be comfortable knowing the restatements will not involve their operational results which have been exceptionally strong.
Once it begins trading again, NEP may be a screaming buy.
