"The Company issued Luxor 4,000,000 shares in anticipation of the closing of the acquisition, which as of the date of this filing, is still pending the remaining payment of $990,000 in cash. The Company intends to pay this amount over time in an equal monthly payment to be determined by both parties."



So I ask you, AGAIN, where is your proof of a scam? Oh that's right, you have none and are still spewing opinions based on nothing but bitterness towards ARTS

From the PR released 5/17/10:

"Artfest International, Inc., (OTCBB: ARTS), a leading-edge arts and sport memorabilia distribution company, announced today that on June 26th, 2010 the company will open a new exhibit titled "From Russia with Love and Art," featuring world renowned Natalia Vetrova and Vladimir V. Piskarev. In conjunction with the exhibit, Artfest will host the world premiere launch of the Television show on Time Warner Cable, The Art Channel, www.artchannel.tv, and several other major distributors. The exhibit will feature a new and previously acquired collection by Luxor Art and Artfest International.

Non of the reports and PR's I am looking at seam to be screaming WARNING: SCAM. Not sure what you are looking at but if you have some additional info that none of us have seen that you can back up your statements of a scam, by all means please post them so we can make an educated decision.
