Pretty strange situation actually when you think about it.

Actually, this is very typical of penny scams.

the way I look at the stock .. it was hyped to death .. over priced
and the company has problems .. seems much of the hype can not be completed or proven

and now many of the share holders are suffering near a 5 dollar haircut and thats huge

some people made some pretty good money on the up swing .. from this stock rally

also the SEC takes a dim view of this type of play and draws their attention - especially when complaints are sent in ..

at this point, the results are
massive PPS loss ..
pink sheet trading ..
loss of confidence in managements ability to operate the company
successfully
many questions still not answered

nothing else matters until everything is addressed and fixed
or it will only get worse from here on out
