I just don't understand why they don't accept it.

The offer
@ 0,003 per share * 13 000 000 000 = $39 mill

The company is only worth: 0,0003 * 13 000 000 000= $3,9 mill

How would they explain the difference?! If the company's true value is above 0,003 it should be trading atleast at 0,001 to keep in toutch with it's NAV (net asset value)
