I'd add Sporting Events and such to that list also...Text 'Orioles' and be able to sign up for season tickets, check when the next game is, really anything...or text the stadium name like 'M&T Bank Stadium' or 'Ravens Stadium' to see what other events are going on there...I know the Ravens stadium has the lacross NCAA playoffs there sometimes, two local highschools play a football game there every year on thanksgiving, the Baltimore Marathon uses it, a lot of uses to call the stadium and the Teams themselves

Another niche market would be roadside assistance. I know when i have broke down on the side of the road, i was so frustrated and trying to remember a number much less go through an automated system to get help
