What we need is a banner ad scrolling across the top of the board with flashing lights and whistles with the SEC release trailing. I wonder how many shareholders actually read the release and comprehend it?
It's all in the delivery. I called Scottrade for the umpteenth time even though thankfully I'm out. One time they said the SEC thing and the Pending R/S in one breath. Then I asked her to go back & check it and they were on two different lines. She was pretty clueless. They're two separate issues obviously. Jeez.
Although Kidder did say he was saving the R/S for .01 so who knows, might still be coming up if this thing lives to breathe again. Kidding.
