CPV has main investment partner Warburg Pincus.Warburg Pincus has raised 12 private equity funds which
have invested more than $35 billion in approximately 600 companies in more than 30 countries.

CPV + E.ON NA with Warburg Pincus funding the transaction...becoming more plausable. Why not take the new company public? Look at LSR where that is trading and I think the the combined assets + revenue of the two companies will be bigger than that! It they are going public with our shell then it is Biggerthan 10BN for sure!!! Just trying to connect the dots here...Trying to figure out what is if the rumors has any merits...I feel a little better now about my investment
