I think that upon commercialzation of all or most of the technolgies, the revenues and multiples of such will yield a market price for TOVC in your ranges....actually it could be higher and most likley long term it will be....

just a simpleton here so excuse the naive question... i am not connecting with the term "IPO" in regards to the new diesel jv and it's relation to tovc... you mean we have to buy shares in this spin off now? i thought as tovc shareholders we had bought into the benefits of ALL the company technology...
