The release really doesn't say.

But, Eric and Fred own a large number of shares whose price would be equally affected by any merger or venture.

They would be affected positive or negatively just like the rest of us, so I would have to imagine any stock swap would be favorable.

Wouldn't the typical transaction be the acquiring company paying TDGI shareholders a premium?
