The one on As Seen on TV website is not ZVTK. If you look at the bottom of the ad it dates back to 05/2007. It also allows you to pick between two different wattage of bulbs, either 23w or 15w. ZVTK only has one bulb except for the ones they sell in Europe/India because of the voltage difference compared to the U.S. (110v). Also, the video that is played in the ad is also the same ad that i found on youtube video from Viatek advertising their bulbs.
