No. A PR was released today for SNRS saying the company had an offer to buy at about 1000% premium. It is playing out much like the buyout "offer" that we experienced here at EWRC. Same kind of PRs. Management and board of directors are considering an offer of $.003 from and undisclosed buyer.
It would be $40 millionish for a company reporting $250,000 in assets and $0.00 revenue.
Just made me think longingly of those days in September.
