Geez,man.......don't know how they could be operating on an interim permit basis without having an application for final permit in place.......just trying to think logically here.....plus, no final stack permit, no P2O production......I believe it's simply advance business planning, and until I see something PR'd differently, I choose to believe in what the CEO has stated......I'll just have to WAIT for the final permit like anybody else......love to see it tomorrow, just like JB would....but the reality is, I have to wait on the DEC, just like he, and many other Companies have to......I have patience.......I would be a fool to try to debate this further, when the REALITY is so simple and clear. Done issue until a grant or denial of permit.
