Well, then. How should we consider the discrepancy between the two announcements?

I ask the question once again, for anyone's useful answer.

If the authorized share count was upped by the shareholders in February, why is the company asking for shareholders to do this once again, to the same number of shares, at the upcoming meeting? It would certainly seem that the company doesn't believe that they presently have that authority.

Perhaps this February action was later found to be invalid, necessitating new, more formal approval.

I'm certain that Pseeker, a demonstrated authority on Freestone's business comportments and technologies, can tell us the truth of the matter.
