he has used that phrase before, saying 'how' to proceed not whether. but i wouldn't read too much into that as he is saying after all the analysis is done and we are determined to be commercial or at least it is determined that the economics of more drilling make sense, then they determine how to proceed.
Umbra - It continues to amaze me that the few remaining posters on this thread who are very positive on ERHE will still cling to the slightest word that enhances their belief in PN.
What ever happened to his words "in a few weeks" or better yet "12 to 52 months".
