Seems like a whole lotta shuffling going on.
FG stated in his post that the board resigned, I am under the impression that is OK, but , naming a new CEO & CFO without shareholder approval? I am sure it is done in the case of sudden resignations by the board, but, is it a temporary thing until the shareholders can vote on it?
