NITE is not holding down/ letting run this stock. If you have evidence of manipulation please submit it to the SEC.
I have not seen evidence of NITE acting inappropriately on this security. Nor have I seen any bias in PPS by any of the MM's. NITE will have smaller spreads on bid/ask just simply due to their ability to purchase more than other MM's, this acts a stabilizer for prices. I happen to like that, don't know about anyone else.
This stock has resistance around .13, .15 and .18 , I don't see that being the fault of a market maker. They will move bid and ask to entice action, not to hold down or send up PPS.
