Don't know it has been a strange situation. I couldn't figure out how to value them as my skill set doesn't go there. Never got a Q and in and out so fast never really left the NYSE. Was hoping for a delisting. Oh well no guts no glory. They are a specialty Chem co. however no one I knew at Ashlnad/Hercules had ever heard of them so I stayed away. :(
