I'm making a claim right now against the company and all related parties for unjust losses. I'm not making a claim for all who lost money. If my claim gets resolved tomorrow then I won't be filing a lawsuit. If the company denies me restitution for the claims I've made then a class-action lawsuit will be filed and at that time, anyone and everyone can join in if they so choose. As of right now, if you feel you have a claim to make against the company for unjust losses, you certainly have the right to seek legal counsel as I have. If you don't feel like you have a valid claim and feel differently than I do, obviously you wouldn't retain legal counsel as I have. If there's a settlement reached between myself and all related parties, would I have to sign a gag order ? I have no idea, as we haven't crossed that bridge yet. In most cases like the type of claims I'm making, yes, agreements are signed whereby someone in my position would usually have to agree not to discuss the terms of the agreement and/or post about the company in a negative manner if at all ......

"I appreciate the work you've apparently done on SIAF, but in reality, how would it be possible for the company to make restitution to only one shareholder and not to all? Would you have to sign a gag order? Would that then make the payment 'hush money'? Given your findings, it seems like the most noble course would be to just push the litigation publicly."

Working the night shift really stinks, and it is by no means noble. I suspect noble intentions have very little if anything to do with JN's rant about if "I" dont get restitution my legal team will take action. Guess, I'm the only blue collar night shift guy around here without a legal team.
