You do realize this means they withhold it from the employees and then not pay it to the irs?

Two points. First on the subject of taxes, now companies are allowed NOL's going back 5 years. 2nd, with this mergacquisition IF etc has orders this frees up EXPO to bust some ass on the FL contract, no?
