The company can not 'officially ' say anything until the POR.
This is about as close to an official announcement that they can legally make, and it's real good.
They do not have to work with anybody if they so choose, but in this case it appears they have chosen to work with just about everyone.
The other important thing is that it says they WILL file the POR by June 17.
So anyone who is not in by then, especially at these fire sale prices that are happening the last few days, could very well be out of being paid big time.
