Everyones question is how the SEC came across ACLH to scrutinize it.

Public Safety Examiner Jim Kouri

The Federal Bureau of Investigation announced that an existing fraud tip line is now accepting information from the public about suspected fraud associated with the Gulf of Mexico oil spill.

Tips should be reported to the National Center for Disaster Fraud, (866) 720-5721 (866) 720-5721

The line is staffed by a live operator 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Additionally, e-mails can be sent to disaster@leo.gov or information can be faxed to (225) 334-4707 (225) 334-4707

IMO , I think a disgruntled investor or one of the Club Zero members called the SEC, made a BS stink about the 'details' of the PR'S which snowballed into a stupid suspension over the said details.
And probably normally it wouldn't even blip on the RADAR but with all the TV coverage and politics involved they put a target on ACLH and that was it. IMO

I think, as I see it, that ACLH is just a little guy business trying to find a nut. And believe me I've seen some scams in my journey of trading and as a professional QA inspector.

On the other hand, even if this position ultimately costs me in the long run I hope the SEC will finally crack down on some of these real BS penny businesses like in the good old 90's when 8 out of 10 plays were legit and it was somewhat easy to find good companies even without the internet and easy money. Something was lost after that in that the penny's became the wild wild west instead of just the wild west.

Check this - look up RRC ($42.20)I owned that puppy when it was .10 a share ( and probably labeled a scam by some peeps) in my early days of trading in the late 90's but the rules and laws were a bit different than what was going on the last 10 yrs. I hope the SEC is on the job now in a real way and not just doing this from the politics of the situation.

I hope ALCH can get things corrected with the SEC and all with a stake in this.
