True on the OTC/Pinks, not true for the big boards.

I did state it depends on when and how they do it....two right off the top of my head JAVA and PCLN were two that timed it correctly. Your correct that most do it out of desparation...and because of that they don't work. Anyway, yrcw hasn't deceided if they will. Z
