Ya it really pisses me off, I hate shorts. In my opinion this could be defined as naked shorting since it is so ridiculously high. I emailed CBIS about it once when they were getting hit really hard and they said they could hire a company that is called a short buster to deal with it but said it shouldn't matter with their rate of progress so they didn't. Anyways thank god for this coming into effect soon http://www.sec.gov/news/press/2010/2010-26.htm. I'm also hoping for a really epic short squeeze soon!

These types of questions are meant to go unanswered. Alot like, you know, time travel.

If we knew the answer to both life would be insane and everything would be different. Ex gf's would be running around with kids all of a sudden.
