hotmeat....I would suggest on penny stocks to never place an order for penny stocks unless you do an "all or none."

I always buy/sell these type of stocks with the "all or none" quantifier. I mean, if you have to pay a commiss, as some of us usually do, it makes no sense to wind up getting 5,000 of your 50,000 share purchase of a 2 cent stock and have your commiss add 10% to your cost.
