It just may be that in a "quiet period" even the notification that they have been or are going to be issued a patent cannot be reported.

Dorsey---I have to agree. One of the times I was down there
Doc T told me one of the big problems was keeping your partners
from stealing your work. When I saw the ORCH agreement I thought that DNAP must now have some protection or they would
not let other companies use/ sell their stuff---sure not ORCH.
I just want to see some hard evidence that a patent is in place before I buy more stock. This one is a basic building
block in the whole platform. If we get this one then IMHO we are home free.
