Steve, be fair...CTIC was halted for 2 weeks because of concerns by the SEC...It reopened at .05...It later soared to 2 and change...Do you recall?

Let ACLH show that the PR's were right or let the SEC show that they weren't.

The SEC does not halt stocks for fraud based on a whim. You can be certain they have a smoking gun or this wouldn't have happened.

My guess would be that the SEC gave them an oportunity after the cc was announced and before it commenced. Thats the reason for the intentionally botched cc's.
