I believe this is a scam meant to sell stock, not oil. I believe the CEO, John Bordynuik is a liar. I believe he has many willing accomplices to this fraud who are also liars.

I know the PPS will crash and burn further before the $.80 PIPE investors have their restrictions removed. I know this will cause much legal trouble for JBII.

"close to the company" in what way? Are you implying that some people have information that is not publicly available?
