Yes it does, it trades like a stock with 3 billion outstanding and a dwindling interest due to it being an exposed fraud. If nobody wants trade then there is no volume it is irrelevant how many shares are outstanding.

It trades exactly like a an exposed scam with 3 billion outstanding should trade. Well, not exactly, it shouldn't trade at all. Why anyone would want to buy stock in a known criminal enterprise is beyond me.
