Agreed, there is no reason for ERHE to discuss AMEX at this point since they do not meet listing requirements. ERHE has mentioned a better stock exchange listing as a longer term goal.
One of my points was securing income would remove an impediment to a better listing. The marginal field strategy has the potential to produce the income necessary for an AMEX listing. Farrell
