is there any official link from BP's site so you can see there are negociations going on between BP and Empire energy. I looked on the site of BP and did a search on terms like Malcolm Bandal, Empire energy etc... but always 0 results were found. Has anybody found already something on the net or did somebody has allready heard something on the news there are indeed negociations between bp and empire energy? (Except then from the pr of empire energy)

ps: if you read the pr malcolm tells he is negociation about the gulf oil spill but doesn't say it is with BP!
Any other thoughts on with who is negociation, is it internally? and not with external parties involved?

from BP's site. Their saing they will adapt the top kill procedure and if you're looking at that procedure nothing is been told about flare gas??
