Not only does Quasar qualify in a challenging environment, but it looks like Mr. Bradley, Mr. Lundquist & Company put together 110M in financing in fairly short order when the other facilitator for the funding was missing deadlines. For what others refuse to believe is more than a "pinkie". Wow. Just plain wow.
I agree with an earlier poster also. If you're an investor in Europe, the last place you want to put your cash right now is a Euro country. Be interesting to see what ends up flowing from the other side of the pond.
