CCTR~ wouldnt be so sure. they raised the O/S shares yet again to something insane like 480 m. massive dillution going on here. Its in the report that the O/S changed today.May want to check it out and watch out this could be heading into sub penny land. every quarter they have add tens if not hundreds of millions in shares. this quarter is no diffrent.
