In conclusion I would also like to submit that it would be useless to issue substantial PRs through agencies you grant millions of free shares to when they release.
The company would only be contradicting themselves if they did so.

Use the public relations firms to spread the word that you exist with useless PRs then when they are out of the way you unload the real stuff.
