While that MAY be true, OTC investors do not function in such time frames. To a typical OTC investor, saying your going to charge companies beginning June 1st, but then NOT doing so because the big companies need more time, makes that "extra" time seem to move at geologic speeds. Such alterations in a business plan - especially in the OTC world - can prove FATAL to PPS value.
