Nsdm is a non marginal security....that is you can't borrow against it....I dont see the connection why nsdm is on a "shorters list"...??? Any body have any thing enlightening to add? I don't know much about sec. regulations regarding this...does this mean simply walter has been dumping too much stock??? What does this really mean....
