Ed Hayter ran the same scam with ICAN. In PR's he called it a merger and then a reverse-merger. Of course he later canceled the whole thing and left shareholders hanging out to dry. ICAN is now IBCX.
Also, any idea why so many BIHC promoters went straight to SPNG right before BIHC was suspended?
