including cash divi from prior releases and
payable since stock divi was paid......but company lost
avenue to pay cash divi by sec actions through finra.

I remember the dates well. The divy period was from Dec. 16 to Jan. 31. for shareholders of record. They later changed amount from .005 to .0025, I don't know if they changed the conditions or not with the split.
