Nope,does effect the penny market imo..in fact the pennies usually move better..

I think to an extent it does affect pinks. But like alaskacobalt said it shifts with momentum more than news.

But I do have to say that I do not think that huge downturn on Thursday was all negative momentum but more so a beating down after days and days of negative market news.
