So we are left to take AEB's word for where the $3M that wiped out all the shareholders (except 1) went? And you are ok with owning 7% of a co and you can't see the books? Did you inherit this money?

I couldn't agree more! This would have cost many many millions. Litigation isn't cheap. I don't care what you are using lawyers for... you aren't getting out of paying for it especially in something as high stakes as this.
